Our Story
Phaks Projects was birthed out of the desire to provide sustainable solutions to clients, quality products that clients can be proud of and the love of construction mastery.
After having spent many years in the construction sector, Mr Shati Phakoane founded Vargarite PTY LTD that assisted construction companies with Project Management and Contracts Management services. He then paused the business and joined the University of Zululand as the Director of Infrastructure (New Build) and acting Maintenance and
Facilities Director. upon his return to business, Phaks Projects was born.
Phaks Projects is 100% black owned with a B-BEE rating of of Level 1.
